Bob Cutler is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Creative Consumer Concepts (C3). C3 is the largest kids-focused brand marketing agency in the nation for the restaurant industry. Since the company's founding in 1987, kids across America have been entertained and educated by C3's fun-loving kids' menus, toys and marketing materials in thousands of national restaurants.
C3's tremendous success is largely attributed to Cutler's commitment to maintaining the highest levels of cultural integrity within the organization. C3's dedication to "improving our people and planet while making a fair profit" has allowed for significantly lower turn-over amongst employees and for a high client retention rate.

Philanthropy and volunteerism play a significant role in Cutler's life. Cutler has held multiple leadership positions with United Jewish Communities, serving as vice chair of the Board of Trustees, national chair of the Marketing and Communications Committee and national major gifts chair.
He currently serves on the Finance Committee of the Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy, and has additionally held roles of treasurer and member on the Board of Trustees. Additionally, Cutler is a board member of the Center for Leadership and Learning (CLAL), member of the Kansas City Chapter of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and local chair of Friends of the Israel Defense Forces.
Cutler is a past board member of the Kansas City Arthritis Board and American Juvenile Arthritis Foundation (AJAO). He has also held numerous positions with the Greater Kansas City Jewish Federation, including treasurer and vice president of the Board, was a member of the Israel and Overseas Committee, co-chair of the FreetheSoldiers.org committee and chair of the 2000 and 2001 Annual Giving Campaign.
In addition to Cutler’s commendable community service, he also contributes to more than 30 charities and non-profits. He is committed to supporting political causes that are in alignment with his belief that the survival of Israel is a benefit to the global community.
Cutler received his bachelor's degree in sociology with a minor in elementary education from the University of Denver in 1978. He began his career as an account executive for Hallmark Cards where he held positions as sales trainer and promotional sales manager for seven years. Cutler was also vice president of Equity Marketing Incorporated, now based in Los Angeles, California.
The 61 plus-year-old has three daughters, ages 23, 27 and 29. He has a passion for digital photography, yoga and weight training and for three past 8 years has been competing in Latin Rhythm Ballroom Dancing competitions.
He formerly competed in five marathons and masters swimming events.
